Boardroom Rental Rules
- The boardroom is available to members only, subject to availability.
- Members can book or cancel the boardroom at least 24 hours in advance.
- Members looking to book the boardroom must receive confirmation from Chamber Staff.
- Boardroom capacity is a maximum of 12 people.
- Boardroom must be cleaned up after use. Garbage and recycling are provided.
- Loud or disruptive activities are not permitted, as there are neighboring businesses nearby.
- Wi-fi information is located on the card provided under the TV.
- Hybrid capabilities are available, set up instructions are on the card under the TV.
- Members are required to bring along any materials they need for their meeting, including refreshments. There is no access to a microwave.
- Chamber staff are to be respected at all times.
- Chamber staff can revoke boardroom privileges if any of these rules are not followed.
