Boardroom Rental Rules

  1. The boardroom is available to members only, subject to availability.
  2. Members can book or cancel the boardroom at least 24 hours in advance.
  3. Members looking to book the boardroom must receive confirmation from Chamber Staff.
  4. Boardroom capacity is a maximum of 12 people.
  5. Boardroom must be cleaned up after use. Garbage and recycling are provided.
  6. Loud or disruptive activities are not permitted, as there are neighboring businesses nearby.
  7. Wi-fi information is located on the card provided under the TV.
  8. Hybrid capabilities are available, set up instructions are on the card under the TV.
  9. Members are required to bring along any materials they need for their meeting, including refreshments. There is no access to a microwave.
  10. Chamber staff are to be respected at all times.
  11. Chamber staff can revoke boardroom privileges if any of these rules are not followed.
